Control 1, 3 or 10 zones of RGB colour Wall panel DMX/DALI lighting controller with simple programmable interface, ideal for controlling LED lighting. Variants: moody x1 – Control 1 zone of RGB colour moody x3 – Control 3 zones of RGB colour moody x10 – Control 10 zones of RGB colour moody z – Same as moody x, but grand master varies colour not intensity The product is housed in a single gang UK wall panel and is supplied complete with a dry-line style back box which allows the product to be used internationally. The overall look of the product is determined by the choice of cosmetic cover plate, which can be optionally purchased with the product. Please add the cover plate to your cart as a separate item. The material finish options are chrome, brushed steel, stainless steel, matt black with chrome dial, matt black, and polished white. Please note that the matt black and polished white cover plates do NOT support the illuminated dial feature. The product can be powered from 9 to 24 VDC. This means that the LED fixture power supply can also power the moody controller. Alternatively, we recommend the PSU-24-2.5-DR. Operation

Programming and operation are performed via a very simple user interface, so no additional programming kit is required. All electronics are mounted on the rear of the product, so there is no need for cumbersome external control boxes.
The user interface is a rotary control dial which incorporates a push switch. The dial is illuminated by a full colour LED which is used to feedback both master level and colour to the user. (Please note that if either the black or polished white cover plate options are chosen, the illuminated dial feature is not supported).
From a user perspective, the product echoes the operation of a conventional dimmer switch: rotate to control intensity (or colour for the z variant), push to auto-fade on or off.
Product programming is achieved by holding down the push switch for 3 seconds. The user is then able to step-through the desired settings for each channel or zone, depending on the variant selected (see moody User Guide for full instructions). A rear panel control allows programming to be inhibited; this is useful for preserving the original design intent in an application with many users (e.g. a hotel room).
